Note: Unopened items to be returned or replaced must be in the original packing with all inbox
literature, warranty / guarantee card, freebies, and all types of accessories etc.
Delivery & Acceptance of Goods
The service provider will initiate the dispatch of goods through courier, postal, or other appropriate means of
transport in original packaging for The Rank One products listed on The Rank One portal. For select products,
additional packaging may be used to secure the product from transit damage.

The addressee shall receive and accept the goods as long as the ordered products are delivered without
material physical damage to the original product packaging.

Non‑acceptance of goods for any reason other than material physical damage or as set out in the cancellation
policy will be considered as order cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges will be levied.

The courier will make two attempts to deliver the goods within a span of 3 days. If the premises are locked
or recipients are not available, the shipment may be returned to the service provider.

If such returned goods are to be redelivered without order cancellation, the service provider may charge an
additional 4% of the cost of goods or ₹1000/‑, whichever is higher, towards freight cost. If cancelled,
cancellation charges of 5% of the cost of goods will also be charged.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
The DOA policy is applicable only for units purchased from The Rank One website. A product having hardware
failure within a period of 7 working days from the date of invoice or POD (Proof of Delivery) and not
repairable will be treated as DOA.
DOA Period & Basic Conditions
- 7 working days from the date of invoice or delivery date.
- Original packaging and all accessories must be returned along with the defective product.
- The original invoice must be shared with the service partner at the time of service.
- Products found to have no faults will be returned to the customer without service charges.
- The Rank One reserves the right to audit the invoice and claim.
DOA Process Steps

For any service‑related issue, the customer should contact The Rank One Toll‑Free Number
+91‑7090022211 for onsite service or visit the nearest The Rank One Authorized Service
Partner for walk‑in repair service.
- Upon successful call registration, the service agent will troubleshoot the issue over the phone.

If the issue remains unresolved, an Authorized Engineer will attend the case through onsite service as per
service terms and conditions.

The defective unit should be provided in undamaged condition and in its original packaging, including all
accessories originally shipped with the product, to qualify for DOA processing.

The Authorized Engineer will physically verify the product condition and test it as per The Rank One SOP,
and categorise the case as NTF (No Defect Found) or Defective Product.
DOA Certification & Replacement
- No Defect Found (NTF): Product is returned to the customer with test results.
- Defective Product: DOA process is initiated and a DOA seal/certificate is issued.

The Rank One provides a one‑to‑one replacement for the end customer if a DOA is confirmed. Any damages,
tampered serial number stickers, or repairs by unauthorised providers will not be covered and will require
chargeable service.
Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
If payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account.
Typical refund timelines are:
- 7–21 working days for credit card payments.
- 5–7 working days for debit card and net banking transactions.
All timelines are indicative and subject to the respective bank’s internal processes.
